Im 5’4, 105-110lbs and 14 years old. I have a Bowflex PR3000 with up to 210lbs of resistance. I would like to know how much weight and reps I should start with for each station(legs,arms,chest etc.) and move up too to become muscular and toned in a month or two? Thankyou!

I can’t afford the $450 for the bowflex dumbells tht you dial up the weight and pick it up and its there. Does anyone have advice on ones that are good but not that much??
