The first watch lost time and didn’t give accurate read-outs regarding percentage of my maximum heart rate. Sent it back … got another. I figure I must be doing something wrong. My maximum heart rate is 180…my resting heart rate is 54. My age is 64. I’ve began running in 1973. It seems no matter what I do the watch calculates my heart rate percentage versus a hr of 190. I set it manually at 180 and the low at 108 (60% of 180)…but it reads out as if at 190. I’ve changed my age…that does seem to work. Can you help, or am I doomed to “cluelessness”? Carl
